Aberdeen and the University was built with the king James’s carter in the year
1494. The tower of the University was built in the year 1603. The University
also comprises of a dome with a replica of Charlemagne’s crown at the top of
it. The walls are beautifully decorated with the carved wood portraits of the
Stuart monarchy.
