We are the first air service provider in China to launch Premium Economy Class, overcoming our business competitors.  All our Boeing 787-9 and Airbus A350-900 aircraft comes with this travel class cabin.

China Eastern Airline reservations on our A350 as well as on Dreamliner aircraft will allow passengers to fly in any of the four travel classes, such as First Class, Business Class, Premium Economy Class, and Economy Class.

Currently, we operate our Boeing 777-300ER aircraft with three comfortable travel classes, such as First Class, Business Class, and Economy Class, whereas our remaining long-haul aircraft, which is the blend of Airbus A330-200 and Airbus A330-300 come with two cabins, such as Economy Class and Business Class.

The Dreamliner of China Eastern Airlines comes equipped with 285 seats and our Airbus A350 comes with 288 seats. The 787-9 will come equipped with 4 seats in the First Class, 26 seats in the Business Class, 32 seats in the Premium Economy Class, and 227 seats in the Economy Class.

On some routes, our Airbus A350 will come equipped with 36 seats in the Business Class and 216 seats in the Economy Class. This means that all the seats in the Economy Class of our both Dreamliner, as well as Airbus A350, will come with the 3-3-3 configuration and the seats in the Premium Economy Class of our Airbus A350 will be configured in a 2-4-2 pattern.

As far as the seating configuration in the Business Class is concerned, the cabin will come with the Zodiac Cirrus seat with the same configuration as that of our Airbus A330-200 and Boeing 777-300ER. In the First Class of the 777-300ER aircraft, a suite will be provided similar to that of the Zodiac Aerospace Venus, with the seat customization by Acumen that comes with a double bed, as well, in the middle pair.

Our cheap China Eastern Airlines is the first air carrier in China to make notable changes in the seat configuration to offer a comfortable traveling experience to our passengers. We achieve this mainly because of our close affiliations with both Qantas, as well as with Delta Air Lines.  

Frequent flyer program of China Eastern Airlines
